• We collect customer information such as name, phone number, email address, and payment details only for booking purposes.
   
• Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required to provide services (e.g., sharing details with hotels or drivers).
   
• Payments made via Razorpay or PayPal are encrypted and processed securely.
   
• Customers may contact us at any time to request updates or deletion of their personal data.
   

• Cancellations made 1 days before the tour date will receive a full refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if applicable).
   
• Cancellations made 2–6 days before the tour date will receive a 70% refund.
   
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.
   
• If the tour is canceled by us due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions), a 100% refund will be issued.
   
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, and the credited amount will reflect in the customer’s bank account depending on their bank’s processing time.
   

• All prices for tours and car rentals are displayed on our website in INR (₹) and USD ($) for international travelers.
   
• Prices include vehicle charges, driver fees, fuel, and guide charges (if included in the package).
   
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal demand, fuel price hikes, or changes in local regulations.
   
• Customers will be informed of the final price before booking confirmation.
   

Since we provide travel services and not physical goods, “shipping” applies to service delivery timelines:

• Instant confirmation: Customers will receive booking confirmation via email/WhatsApp immediately after successful payment.
   
• Tour Service Delivery: Services (car rentals/tours) are provided on the date and time chosen by the customer at the time of booking.
   
• Maximum Timeline: In rare cases, if confirmations are delayed due to network/payment issues, the confirmation will be provided within 24 hours of booking.
