Free Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, no refund will be provided. Changes made within this 24-hour period will not be accepted.

Requesting a Refund

If issues arise, requesting a refund is straightforward:

2. Select 'Request a Refund.'

Most refund requests are processed within 48 hours. Once approved, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
